"The above movie poster and the three dots mean the same that is a special letter in the Tamil script which is known as 'Aayutha Ezhuthu.'"
"Now which Aayutha Ezhuthu will I even think about discussing? Think so both."
"The letter is quite special in its usage. A Tamil Scholar and PWD Engineer Pa . Ve. Manickanaar [ 1871 - 1931 ] proposed the use of ‘Aayutha Ezhuthu‘ to produce such sounds."
"Earlier:
" ‘ Coffee ‘ was pronounced and written as ‘ Kaapi' "
" ‘ Fan ‘ was pronounced and written as ‘pan' "
காபி - காஃபி (Quite
பேன் - ஃபேன்
" ஃ + ப became ‘F’, which is commonly used nowadays. 'Aayutha Ezhuthu' became obsolete in the new era and is back again because of the contribution of Honourable Manickanar."
"Now coming to the point Aaytha Ezhuthu (transl. Letters of Steel) is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language political action film which released just four months after the release Virumaandi. Its Hindi version 'Yuva' was also released simultaneously ( both have the same plot )."
"The movie has 4 central characters Micheal (Suriya), Inbashekhar (Madhavan), Arjun (Played by Siddarth), Selvanayagam (Played by Bharatiraja). The character of Micheal was inspired by a student leader named George Reddy."
" Now, specifically speaking the three characters Inba, Arjun, Micheal have a common point in Chennai, the Napier Bridge and how this meeting affects their lives, what had they done before the meeting and how the sequence of events led to their meeting yet again at that point ( In Yuva, the point is in Kolkata that is the Vidyasagar Setu across Hooghly river.)."
The Napier bridge, Chennai
"Every character is unique and is bought up in different situations. Inba is a goon and he loves, marries, and abuses his wife Sashi ( Played by Meera jasmine). Micheal is an influential student leader Michael is an influential student leader who wants politicians like Selvanayagam to keep away from college elections. Arjun Balakrishnan is the carefree and spoiled son of an IAS officer. He wants to relocate to the US for a better future ( Felt so that this character was the representative of us the typical Indians, who blame things are like this and that but have no answers for the answers.)."
" But, After an incident, Arjun just changes his mind and joins hands with Michael. So, the point that the movie tries to appeal to the viewers is the fact that we need to normalise speaking days happening's across the globe in our drawing rooms daily as there is no harm in it, instead, it will only enrich our brains and make us rethink where do wrong?"
"This song sang by A.R. Rahman and Karthik given goosebumps even today."
" Now coming to the point, Is the Power of today's youth being neglected? If I say yes, I am the biggest fool in the universe, as many of our present-day leaders are from that 1975 student's movement which was popular at that time. If you want the most recent example, just google it out yourself. Now, we shouldn't support any form of violence, but wait since our schooling days the Indian students for even smaller issues are protesting, then for issue's of a broader perspective in a democracy, when democratic ways fail again and again, what shall be done. Shouldn't those genuine issues be addressed better?. But still, if we are protesting, we should protest democratically without creating much nuisance as such ( Although the Right to Protest is not an explicit right under the Fundamental rights, it can be derived from the Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression under Article 19.)."
" A very good example of such protests is the 2017 Pro-Jallikattu protests which took place for a week in the Marina Beach of Chennai or even the protests that took place aftermath of 2012 Dehli case ( Though violence couldn't be avoided)."
" Coming back to the Movie it is A certified by the CBFC, and very similar to Virumaandi, Aayutha Ezhuthu is in a non-linear narrative with this being a hyperlink cinema(Multiple perspective's constitute a hyperlink cinema.). Its Hindi version Yuva is available on Netflix but Aayutha Ezhuthu's original isn't available anywhere as of now (Only Telugu dubbed version is available on youtube.)."
